
Intermediate Yoga
Monday’s – 32 Kamloops Drive, 8:00 to 9:15pm
This class also includes the primary elements, however we spend more time on strength training.
All classes include breath awareness, gentle stretching and strengthening postures, which encourages the spine to move in 6 directions and ends with deep relaxation. All classes focus on mindfully moving the body. Participants have a greater sense of wellbeing upon completion.
