
Beginners Yoga
Summer – 32 Kamloops Drive, North York
This class is typically less strenuous than other classes, more nurturing and slower paced. This is great to keep the joints limber and manage stress.
All classes include breath awareness, gentle stretching and strengthening postures, which encourages the spine to move in 6 directions and ends with deep relaxation. All classes focus on mindfully moving the body. Participants have a greater sense of wellbeing upon completion.
